Pre - Owned & New Pianos for Sale Dealer for Blüthner, Charles Walter, Haessler & Irmler Most of these instruments are in original condition and can be purchased for the purpose of rebuilding. Due to our waiting list of customers that bring pianos to us for rebuilding, we do not often have vintage pianos completed, ready for sale. However many of our clients purchase a piano before it is fully restored knowing we will perform a complete restoration. Some customers request of us to find a particular piano, which we later restore for them. Anyone purchasing a piano from us in an uncompleted state will have their deposit refunded if the instrument, before delivery, is not to their expectation. All pianos carry our 5 or 10 year parts and labor Warranty. Many pianos are restored today. But many "re-builders" truly do not do, what they say they do. Restored pianos should perform and look as good as an equivalent new piano. We are a rebuilding shop. At times the shop is closed while we do service calls. Heintzman & Co. Estate sale We worked on the piano 9 years ago. We refinished the cabinet and rebuilt the action. The ivory key covers are perfect. The action plays like new and the piano sounds great. We have gone over the regulation that was still almost perfect after 9 years. The soundboard and bridges have no problems. Mason & Risch Manufactured in Toronto in 1927 .Ivory keys with a great case. Piano was rebuilt 20 years ago poorly and it now needs a new soundboard and bridges. When this piano is rebuilt it will sound, play and look as it did when it was new. Mason & Risch This fine Canadian manufacture produced pianos for over 100 years. This 5'9" mahogany grand was made circa 1907 with serial number 16902. It is a well preserved west coast piano with uniquely fluted tapered legs. The soundboard has no cracks and it will be restored. The bridges will be restored as well and new action parts will be installed. _______________________________________________________

Mason & Hamlin Model "AA" One of finest pianos ever made. Mason and Hamlin has a long history of glorious days and its subsequent ups and downs. Because of its original superb quality the piano is a survivor. They are currently in production and their quality is as good as ever. This 6'2" model AA satin ebony grand has regular tapered legs. It was made in 1927. Serial number 36221. We have install a new sound board, bridges and pin block. New action parts will be installed. The pictures above show a current model "A" 5'8'' and the patented tension resonator. Which is only found in the Mason & Hamlin. _______________________________________________________
Sohmer & Co (Quote from Piano Book by Larry Fine) During its many years in New York, the Sohmer piano was known as a fine handcrafted instrument. Sohmer had close informal association with the major New York piano maker, Steinway, and many of Sohmer's manufacturing methods were similar to Steinway's... This 6'6" mahogany grand piano was manufactured in 1935. Serial number is 87133. We will install a new sound board, bridges and pin block. Heintzman & Co. SOLD 7' Rosewood art case Manufactured in 1886 the first year Heintzman made grand pianos. They won many awards in Europe around this time and placed themselves among the very best piano makes in the world. The piano should be restored to be in perfect condition. The piano has been restrung in the past and new hammers were installed. This is a rare Canadian creation. Steinway & Sons SOLD Model "A" 6'2'' Manufactured in 1906 This piano is a perfect candidate for restoration. Very nice mahogany art case cabinet. Ivory keys .The cabinet has been refinished in the past, but on a close look the finish is not in good shape the piano needs refinishing and a complete restoration. The piano is playable and has a very powerful sound. We can restore this magnificent Steinway for you. Sohmer & Co. Made in New York USA in 1883. This piano has turned heads now for 120 years. We have installed a new belly in the piano. New sound board, bridges and pin block. The piano is not finished yet but it should be done by the end of 2010. We will finish the rosewood cabinet in lacquer and it will be done to perfection. All new action parts will be installed including a new custom made keyboard. After we are done, the piano will turn heads for another 100 years. Unlike many pianos of this vintage, this piano has a full cast iron plate and is constructed with longevity in mind. _________________________________________________________________________________________________
